Adam Jacobson is a lifelong real estate professional who has been in the industry since the age of 18. As COO of Affordable Corporate Housing Solutions, Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of ACHS’s 588-unit portfolio spanning Faudree Ranch in Odessa and Mesquite Terraces in Midland. A native New Yorker now based in Jacksonville, Florida, Adam brings decades of hands-on experience in multifamily acquisitions, property operations, and asset management.

With deep expertise in corporate housing operations, workforce accommodation strategy, and real estate technology, Stan Simmons leads digital transformation and market growth initiatives at Affordable Corporate Housing Solutions. His focus areas include leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to optimize occupancy, developing strategic partnerships with energy and healthcare organizations, and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Angela Chesney is the first point of contact for every client who reaches out to ACHS — and the reason so many of them stay. As Senior Account Manager, Angela manages all client inquiries, lease coordination, and account relationships across both Faudree Ranch and Mesquite Terraces. Her ability to build lasting client relationships and her dedication to going the extra mile have made her an indispensable part of the ACHS team.
