Q. Are short-term leases available?

A. Yes. We offer short term leases. We charge a small premium above current rates. Learn more.

Q. Do you allow pets in furnished apartments?

A. Yes. Pets are allowed. Most of our communities offer a bark park for the enjoyment of your pet(s). We do have breed restrictions (aggressive breeds). The pet fee is $300 with a $300 pet deposit and a $20 per month pet rent. Learn more.

Q. Do you have covered parking?

A. Yes. We do offer covered parking at all three sites. Depending on the site, the rate changes from $40 to $75 per space. Learn more.

Q. Are all utilities included?

A. Yes. All utilities are included in the monthly rate including cable and internet. Learn more.

Q. Do you offer flexible lease terms?

A. We offer 3 months to 2 years on lease terms and will vary based on need.

Q. What are bed sizes? 

A. Beds can be provided in a queen or twin size. Learn more.

Q. Are TVs included in the rate?

A. One TV is included in the apartment. Additional TVs can be provided at $25 per month. Learn more.

Q. Are there dishes in the apartment?

A. All household goods and items are provided, from sheets, towels, bedding, and dish settings for 4 or more.

Q. Is there a washer and dryer in the apartment? 

A. Yes, a full washer and dryer set are provided with each unit.
